1. Reservations & Payments

• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

4. Hotel Rules

• No smoking inside the rooms. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
• No pets allowed unless stated otherwise.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM. Please respect other guests.
• The second floor lounge and the terrace are closed from 9 PM – 6 AM.

5. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Guest Safety

• You can pay for a safety box if you want to secure any of your belongings.
• Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions in case of emergency.

7. Privacy

• Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
